Wonderful bronze African bronze fish statue from the SAO tribe from Chad.
Bronze statue of a boat which is a fish. In the boat a King with servants. Made with a lot of details and tribal figurations.
Beautifully made with a nice black patina.
The stand, fish and umbrella are seperate casts.
This statue is of high quality and was made with the “cire perdue technique”, and is therefore unique in its kind. Beautifully finished off in detail.
Good condition, but with signs of use and normal holes of cast glitches. Please study the photos well.
